Clothing Drive in Partnership with the Damiano Center of Duluth

Community partnerships and collaborations are essential for the vibrancy, diversity, and development of any city. One great example of this in action is a clothing drive hosted by Duluth Sister Cities International in partnership with The Damiano Center of Duluth!

This initiative seeks to foster connections within our local community. If you are interested in participating in the clothing drive, please donate casual clothing items to the Damiano Center. All donations should be in good condition with no rips, stains, or tears. The drive will run from May 1st to June 30th, 2023, and the Damiano Center will be accepting donations of casual clothing items such as hoodies, shoes, jeans, underwear, and sweatpants. The Damiano Center is in great need of men's shoes in good condition, of all sizes. By donating these items, you can make a difference in the lives of those in our community.

The Damiano Center is a local organization that serves the people of Duluth through a variety of programs including the community kitchen and free store. Through this partnership, Duluth Sister Cities International is able to assist The Damiano Center in providing clothing to those in need in our community.

Donating is easy, simply drop off no more than two or three bags of gently used or new casual clothing items at the Damiano Center between 9 am and 3 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Fridays. No donations are accepted on Thursdays or weekends.

We encourage you to participate in this clothing drive and make a meaningful contribution to our community. Your donations can make a positive impact on the lives of folks who are in need of clothing, and through this initiative, we can build stronger community partnerships and collaborations for the betterment of Duluth.
