An Afternoon of Chocolate
On April 28 from 3:00-6:00pm, Duluth Sister Cities will be hosting a decadent fundraising event at Zeitgeist theater. During An Afternoon of Chocolate, we will enjoy the movie “Chocolat”, starring Juliette Binoche, Johnny Depp, and Judi Dench. The highlight of the afternoon will be the opportunity to savor a sweet, rich, spicy Aztec drink called Xocolatl. A distributor for Ancho Reyes, an authentic Mexican chile liqueur, will offer free samplings that can be sipped alone or added to your Xocolatl.
As an added bonus… Love Creamery will be offering free samples at the event as well.
The movie admission, authentic Xocolatl, and samples from Ancho Reyes and Love Creamery are included in the $20 admission. Tickets can be purchased on Zeitgeist’s website. Be sure to book soon as this event will likely sell out quickly.
The Golden Hits III with the Todd Eckart Band - Fundraiser Concert
We hope you can join Duluth Sister Cities International for our fundraising concert on Saturday, November 18 at 7:00 pm. The Todd Eckart Band will be performing at St. Scholastica's Mitchell Auditorium. It's going to be a ton of fun!

Spirit Valley Days Parade
We will be walking in the Spirit Valley Days parade on Thursday, August 3rd starting at 6pm. We will have a banner, candy, and smiling faces to offer the crowd. :)
Clothing Drive in partnership with The Damiano Center
As a part of our initiative in building community partnerships and collaborations, Duluth Sister Cities International is sponsoring a clothing drive for our local Damiano Center.
The drive will run from May 1, 2023 - June 30, 2023. Please consider donating no more than 2 or 3 bags of casual clothing.
Casual clothing includes hoodies, jeans, underwear, sweatpants, and shoes (there is a large need for Men’s shoes of all sizes).
Donations are accepted at the Damiano Center on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9am and 3pm. No donations are accepted on Thursdays. When donating, please park in the lot on the West side of the building. Please call the Damiano Center donation department at 218-722-5247 with any questions.
